Plastics / Development / Thermoforming process

In the warming station the foil is heated by means of a radiant heater. In the next step, the foil is given the desired shape, with the help of a tool. Subsequently, in the die-cutting station, the thermoformed part produced in this process is freed from the remnants of the material.
